Yoga with Adrienne

Adrienne has yoga videos for a range of purposes and levels. She has several that look at breathing, as well as ones that teach you to calm down, breathe and find some peace. Try this one as a starting point.

Ted Talks

Ted talks are influential videos from expert speakers on education, business, science, tech and creativity, with subtitles in 100+ languages.
